After our time at Loch Leven, we headed over to Scottish Lavender Oils. An enchanting lavender farm that was nothing short of a dream. The farm not only boasts rows of fragrant lavender but is also home to a variety of other flowers. It adds even more depth and vibrancy to the setting.

Lavender season in Scotland typically runs from June to August. The fields reaching their peak beauty from the end of July to the beginning of August. If you’re planning a visit, I recommend coming during the week and arriving early to avoid the crowds and the midday sun. The soft, golden light of early morning or late afternoon adds an extra layer of magic to the photos. This helps making it an ideal time for a photoshoot.

The soft hues of the lavender fields provided a perfect backdrop. Symbolizing tranquility, growth, and new beginnings – all fitting themes for a pregnancy shoot. The couple and I wandered through the fields, capturing moments of joy, connection, and anticipation. The vibrant purple flowers, mixed with other blooms, created a captivating palette that made every shot feel like a painting.
