Welcome to Ola Molik Photography. I’m Ola, a professional newborn photographer based in Glasgow, specializing in newborn, maternity, and family photography with over 15 years of experience. Photography has been a significant part of my life for years, and my passion for capturing moments has only grown. I photograph everything from pregnancy and newborns to families, pets, and even horses.
I primarily work from my cozy home studio in Glasgow, where I focus on newborn, baby, maternity, and family portraits. I also cherish doing outdoor photography across the beautiful landscapes of Glasgow and Scotland. My style blends creative and colorful elements with soft, neutral tones, especially suited for newborns. Every session is unique, and my aim is to create photographs that are personal and meaningful to you.
Over 15 Years of Photography Experience
I’ve had the pleasure of photographing babies, children, and families for over 15 years, meeting many wonderful families from Glasgow and nearby areas. Often, families visit for a maternity photoshoot, then return with their newborn, eventually returning for milestone sessions and family portraits as their children grow. Seeing families return as their children grow is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Trends and equipment may evolve, but the value of photographs only increases over time, preserving memories as children grow.

Newborn photography is one of my main passions, capturing those fleeting early days with tiny fingers and sleepy expressions. My newborn sessions are held in my comfortable home studio in Glasgow, where I create a relaxed environment that works around your baby. I love working with color to create warm and vibrant photographs but also appreciate the beauty of soft and neutral tones like creams, whites, and gentle pastels for newborns. We can discuss your style preferences before the session, tailoring the shoot to your taste for colorful or neutral tones to create a gallery that suits your family.
Maternity Photography
My photography journey often begins before a baby is born with maternity sessions. As a maternity photographer in Glasgow, I capture this precious stage, celebrating pregnancy with beautiful memories. You don’t need experience posing; I’ll guide you through the session to feel comfortable. Partners and children are welcome to join, with sessions available indoors or in scenic outdoor locations.

Traveling is a big part of my life, and I love discovering new places, which fuels my passion for outdoor photography. I often photograph across Scotland, capturing families, maternity moments, and horses in beautiful settings. These locations add to your family story, making your photographs even more memorable.
Pet and Equine Photography
Animals have always been a part of my photography. Pets play an essential role in many families, deserving inclusion in photographs. Dogs are welcome in family sessions, especially outdoors, where I capture the natural connection between you and your pets. Recently, I’ve focused more on horse and equine photography, a field I love. This work combines my passions for animals, outdoor settings, and creative photography. I’m eager to continue exploring this area and to photograph more horses in Glasgow and beyond.
